Barcelo Ponent Beach - Cala d'Or (Mallorca)

The half-board dining option impressed me with its diverse daily menu. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood. The staff's attentive service at the pool added a lovely touch to my relaxing stay.

The room was very traditional and spotlessly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds and sea views.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The pool area is too small for the size of the hotel. The atmosphere in the dining room is not very pleasant, there is no question of a cozy, laid-back dinner, impossible to sit outside.

View from the room was very nice, large and partly changing buffets at breakfast and dinner

- Bed was very very uncomfortable, one got up every day with back pain. - Information for medical care at night was unsatisfactory

Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, a safe, and TV set in the room. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The location for Cala d'Or was comfortable and ideal, really close to local shops and other restaurants and all the restaurants and bars

Barcelo Ponent Beach offered beautiful, immaculately maintained surroundings with easy access to both the beach and pool areas. The staff were also attentive and friendly.

More shaded seating would be appreciated for comfort.

The mini golf course has already suffered a lot and should be renovated.

Fine beach access was a big highlight.

We were forced to wait over an hour for our room to be ready after a long travel day. The pool area was always too crowded, and it was impossible to find a sunbed. On top of that, our room was poorly maintained with issues like low water pressure and unpleasant smells. It reminded me of we weren't valued as guests.

We had the perfect room with an unbeatable view directly to the sea. This is why we liked the hotel so much right from the start! The entire staff was totally lovable and super courteous! Food and equipment were really good and just as expected. We'll definitely be back!

There were no negative points for us!

The food was a standout with freshly cooked paellas and an excellent breakfast buffet with freshly baked pastries. Plus, the animation team made every day enjoyable with fun activities by the pools.

Very Noisy hotel. Not good for couples. A lot of food variety but not good quality.

The hotel was immaculately maintained, with easy access to both the beach and the pool areas, which contributed significantly to my relaxation during work breaks. The staff were highly efficient, particularly in assisting with my business needs. The dining options were adequately varied and provided decent quality, keeping me fueled throughout my stay.
